In terms of materials

Uneven material:Stainless steel plates may have uneven distribution of components,resulting in differences in corrosion resistance,strength,and other properties in different parts of the sink.This may make certain areas of the sink more prone to corrosion,deformation,and other issues during use.

Thickness deviation:The thickness of the board does not meet the design requirements,either the overall thickness is too thick or too thin,or the thickness of the same board is inconsistent at different positions.Thin thickness can affect the strength and durability of the sink,making it prone to deformation and damage;Thicker thickness will increase costs and may make the sink too heavy.

In terms of processing technology

Stretch forming problem

Wrinkles:During the stretching process,wrinkles appear on the surface of the stainless steel plate.This is mainly due to uneven tensile force,uneven thickness of the board,or unreasonable mold design.Wrinkles can affect the appearance and strength of the sink,and in severe cases,can also cause local material thinning,reducing the service life of the sink.

Fracture:During the stretching process,the sheet material fractures due to excessive stress.This may be caused by factors such as excessive stretching ratio,uneven surface of the mold,and insufficient toughness of the board itself,which directly leads to product scrap and increases production costs.

Welding defect

Virtual welding:The welding area is not completely fused,appearing to be connected together,but in reality,the bonding force is weak,which can easily lead to problems such as water leakage and cracks during use.

Welding through:Excessive current or long welding time during welding can cause the plate to be welded through,forming holes,which can damage the sealing of the sink and prevent it from being used normally.

Welding deformation:The uneven heat generated during the welding process causes local deformation of the sink,affecting its flatness and overall appearance.In severe cases,it may result in the sink being unable to be installed on the countertop.

In terms of surface treatment

Uneven drawing:During the drawing process,the grinding force and speed are inconsistent,resulting in uneven depth and thickness of the drawing texture on the surface of the sink,which affects the aesthetics and overall texture.

Poor mirror effect:Improper use of polishing agent,poor control of polishing equipment speed and pressure during the polishing process can cause scratches and insufficient glossiness on the surface of the sink,which cannot achieve the ideal mirror effect.

Surface stains or spots:After surface treatment,if the cleaning is not thorough or the storage environment is poor,there may be residual stains or rust stains,water stains and other spots on the surface of the sink,which will reduce the quality and grade of the product.

In terms of quality inspection

Dimensional deviation:The length,width,depth,and other dimensions of the sink do not meet the design requirements,which may result in mismatched installation holes between the sink and the kitchen countertop,making it impossible to install properly,or excessive gaps after installation,affecting aesthetics and usability.

Poor sealing:After water injection testing,it was found that the sink has water leakage,which may be due to poor sealing of welding parts such as the drain and overflow ports,or small cracks in the sink itself.This can cause inconvenience to users and even damage surrounding facilities such as cabinets.

Appearance defects:such as scratches,sand holes,bubbles,etc.on the surface,although these defects may not affect the basic function of the sink,they can affect the appearance quality of the product and the purchasing intention of consumers.
